About Me

My name is Clara. I now live in Sonora, Mexico, with my husband, M., my 1-year-old son (born mid-August), and my chihuahua, Dude. I am a mid-30’s Christian woman who is living out my dream life that I never even knew was possible.

I grew up in southern California and as a missionary kid in Papua New Guinea (an island north of Australia). Therefore, I have friends all over the world and have the travel bug. I have a B.A. in Music Education and taught private piano and flute lessons for 14 years (with two years of public school teaching thrown in the mix). I am now happily spending my days as a wife, mother, friend, worship leader, crafter, cook, traveler, and fitness lover.

Things I love: running, cooking and raw food, playing (with my son), traveling, sailing, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, camping, friends, new restaurants, movies, knitting, sewing/quilting, swimming, reading, Jesus, my hubby, clothes, shopping, desserts, new experiences and new places.

  1. Congrats so much to you Clara! People won’t believe how the power of God and positive intention can change their lives. It enables us to live lives we never thought imaginable. I feel your love and positive energy! God bless you and your coming addition to your new family. You deserve it!

Dear Mark, Clara and Little Ethan, First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Clara. Hope you have a beautiful day! Please send me an email address which I failed to get while visiting. Hope Ethan is sleeping for longer periods of time so you all get more sleep. Please keep in touch and thanks again for a wonderful visit/adventure and shared time. With love, Aunt Loretta

I'd love to hear your thoughts!
